Lehr Asphalt provides asphalt paving and asphalt maintenance services, which may include paving, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, line striping, chip seal, gravel work, and related services.
All estimates, proposals, schedules, and service recommendations are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing, scheduling, and scope of work may vary based on site conditions, material availability, weather, customer selections, and other project-specific factors.
Estimates and proposals are valid only for the time period stated on the estimate or proposal. If no expiration date is listed, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs, scheduling, or project changes.
A deposit, signed proposal, or other approval may be required before work is scheduled or materials are ordered.
Payment terms will be listed on the applicable estimate, invoice, contract, or payment request. Late, missed, or unpaid balances may result in delayed scheduling, paused work, collection efforts, or other remedies allowed by law and by the terms of the applicable agreement.
