We're a family-owned business, built by a young couple — Parker and Alliana — who share a passion for service and a deep love for their hometown.
Parker was born and raised right here in Albany, Oregon. He’s always had a thing for getting his hands dirty and doing the kind of work that makes a visible difference. What started with a pressure washer and a few residential homes quickly turned into commercial jobs, apartment complexes, and long-term partnerships. Word got around fast — not just about the quality of the work, but the way people were treated along the way.
As the business grew, so did our vision. We realized asphalt maintenance was the next step — a niche that needed more care, more professionalism, and more local pride. That’s how Lehr Asphalt was born.
Today, we’re focused on helping homeowners, business owners, and property managers protect their investments and keep their spaces looking sharp — with sealcoating, crack repair, and line striping done right the first time.
